What Happens Next?

Order Processing

We process orders between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and will contact you ASAP if there is any problem with your order - for example if any item is out of stock, if we notice that you have ordered incompatible items or there is a payment problem.

Stock Levels

We aim to keep everything in stock but occasionally we are caught out. If something, you have ordered is not available for immediate despatch we will contact you the expected delivery date or suggest an alternative product. If you are unhappy with the new delivery date, we will refund in full your order.

Despatch

We despatch orders Monday to Friday, except for Bank Holidays. If you ordered after 4pm or on a weekend, we would despatch the next working day. Please note carriers do not deliver on the weekends so any orders on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday (except bank holidays).

Invoice

Your Invoice will be emailed to you straight away, along with your order confirmation. If you do not received this please take a note of your order number and email us on [email protected] and we will send you a copy.
