Carriage Options and Charges

There are several options that are presented to you when you go to the checkout:

• 2nd Class Post
• This is normally delivered with in 5-7 Working days via Royal Mail.  
• Charge £3.75
• 1st Class Post
• This is normally delivered within 3-4 Working days via Royal Mail.
• Charge £4.50
• Secure Carrier
• This is normally delivered next  working day if ordered by 4pm Monday to Friday (expect the Highlands and Islands off the main land this delivery is 2 days (Orders on Friday will be delivered on Monday except bank holidays) via various carriers.  
• Charge £8.00
• Pre 12pm
• This will be delivered before 12 pm next working day (Monday to Friday ordered by 4pm)
• Charge £15 

Please note that all Nextday delivery's are all stock dependent (if we are out of stock we will contact you ASAP).

If you order on a Saturday or Sunday orders will not be shipped till Monday (Tuesdays on bank holidays)

For next day delivery please order before 4PM 

For orders over £100 before V.A.T in the U.K only you can select free delivery, this will be on a 4-5 day delivery service

All delivery timescales are estimated and NOT guaranteed as this service is provided via a third party. We accept no responsibility for consequential loss suffered by the Purchaser for delayed or non-delivery of goods. We would advise that all goods are received and checked before booking an installer.
