Q. How fast will i get my order?
A. Most products are delivered for next working day except bank holidays (Monday-Friday) if they are ordered before 3pm. (stock dependent)
Q. Do you do saturday delivery?
A. Yes but you must contact us to arrange and there will be an additional charge.
Q. How can i check stock?
A. You can email us at email@example.com or phone us on 01922 694724 and we will be happy to check stock for you.
Q. If i place an order and you dont have stock will you let me know?
A. Yes you will be emailed or phoned and advised of a estimated delivery date.
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can pay via Paypal.
Q. Are my card details secure?
A. Yes all our payments are processed by Paypal, one of the worlds biggest online Bank.
Q. Can i collect?
A. Only via prior arrangement - to ensure the stock is there to be collected.
Q. Can you send the goods to a different delivery address to the payment address?
A. Yes just use the delivery address option when checking out.
Q. Can i fit the part myself?
A. We would always recommend a qualified enginner (i.e.Gas safe engineer).
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. All faulty items will be replaced or credited in full once they have been inspected by the manufacturer. All other returns will be subject to a manufacturers restocking and handling charge (except printed circuit boards which are none refundable).
Q. Do you charge V.A.T?
A. All goods are supplied with a V.A.T invoice charged at 20%
Q. Which carrier company do you use?
A. We use various carriers and Royal Mail. See carriage options for more details.
Q. Do you sell genuine parts?
A. We only sell Genuine Maunfacturers parts.
